Polyurethane End Links Installation Guide for Jaguar XJS, Series 1, 2 & 3 XJ12 and XJ6
(revised January 15, 2008)

Incorrect installation may be hazardous to your health!

Good grief! I've seen oil tankers handle better! Install these polyurethane end links and make your Jaguar handle the way it was designed to handle - sharp, yet luxurious ...

Follow your Jaguar Workshop Manual for safety guidelines and instruction for removal of the old end links, then,

  • Use a 9/16" spanner/wrench and rachet
  • Do not use grease on bushings
  • Install with the threaded end down
  • Washers must cup the bushings
  • Vehicle must be at ride height when tightening nylock nut
  • Tighten until bushings bulge slightly
  • You are done!
